How do I access the Gemalto Cipher Partner Portal if I already have a Portal account?

  • Visit https://cipherportal.safenet-inc.com and enter your work email address as your username.
  • You’ll be prompted to enter your previously setup numeric grid pattern then select “Submit”, if you do not remember your numeric pattern please select “Reset Numeric Pattern” then try logging in again.
  • Select the country your mobile phone number is associated with in the dropdown menu and enter your mobile phone number without a country code, spaces, or symbols in the space provided – your mobile phone must have SMS/text message capability. Repeat in the “Mobile number confirmation” field and select “Submit”.
  • A 6-digit numeric passcode, good for one use, only will be sent as a SMS/text message to the mobile phone number you previously entered. Enter the numeric code you receive in the space available to complete the login process.
  • The next time you login, please have the mobile phone whose number you registered with you. You’ll enter your username/work email and receive a new numeric passcode each time you login. For questions, please contact channelmarketing@gemalto.com.

 

How do I access the Gemalto Cipher Partner Portal if I am new to the Portal?

  • Visit https://cipherportal.safenet-inc.com and select the “Request Access” button on the page.
  • Fill out the form in its entirety making sure to enter a mobile phone number that you will have access to at each Portal login as this will be required to receive a new numeric password via SMS/text message at each login.
  • The Gemalto Team will notify you by email and SMS/text message when you have access to the Portal. Once you receive this notification, visit https://cipherportal.safenet-inc.com and enter your work email address as your username.
  • A 6-digit, numeric passcode good for one use only will be sent as a SMS/text message to the mobile phone number you previously entered in the Request Access form. Enter the numeric code you receive in the space available to complete the login process.

When logging into the Gemalto Cipher Partner Portal, I did not receive an SMS/text message with my passcode; what do I do?

Return to the screen prompting you to enter your numeric passcode if it is already open or visit https://cipherportal.safenet-inc.com to log into the Portal again. If you do not receive the passcode via SMS/text message, select the “Resend Passcode" button and an SMS/text message will be sent to your mobile phone number you registered. If you have not received your passcode after 5 minutes, please contact channelmarketing@gemalto.com.


How can I access the Gemalto Cipher Partner Portal if I do not have my mobile phone with me or my mobile phone battery is dead?

Contact channelmarketing@gemalto.com and you will receive a temporary password valid for one login only by email. You will be required to use your mobile phone the next time you login.

 

What happens if I change my mobile phone number registered with the Gemalto Cipher Partner Portal?

Contact channelmarketing@gemalto.com and the Gemalto Portal Support Team will update your record with your new phone number to use the next time you login to the Portal.
